Returns & Exchanges

At JustMenacing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your aesthetic; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
